Divisions

You must join at least one division with your OCA membership.

Oklahoma Association of Counselor Education & Supervision (OACES)

OACES is for those members who are involved in or interested in educating future counselors (i.e. university professors) or who are involved in supervising licensure candidates.

Oklahoma Association for Multicultural Counseling & Development (OAMCD)

OAMCD is for members who are interested im multicultural counseling, diversity, and related issues.

Oklahoma Association of Addiction Counselors (OAAC)

OAAC is for counselors who work with addictions of any kind or who have an interest in working with these issues.

Oklahoma Professional School Counselor Organization (OPSCO)

OPSCO supports school counselors and those who have an interest in working in public school settings.

Oklahoma Mental Health Counselor Association (OKMHCA)

OKMHCA is for anyone who is interested in counseling or mental health issues. OKMHCA is also associated with the American Mental Health Counselor Association (AMHCA).

Oklahoma Christian Counselor Association (OCCA)

OCCA is for those who have an interest in applying a Christian worldview to counseling. It is open to all denominations and Christian beliefs.

Oklahoma Counseling Association for Oklahoma Veterans and Families (CAMOVAF)

CAMOVAF is dedicated to helping military personnel, veterans, and their families. In addition to military issues, CAMOVAF also focus on healing trauma wounds of all types.

Oklahoma Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues In Counseling (OALGBTIC)

OALGBTIC is for counselors who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, etc. or who have an interest in working with clients from these populations.
